Our Services

A&N Migration provides professional assistance and documentation support for visa and immigration-related applications. Our role is to assist clients in preparing and submitting their applications based on the information and documents provided by the client.

No Guarantee of Visa Approval

A&N Migration does not guarantee the approval of any visa, permit, extension, admission, or immigration application. The final decision on any visa or immigration application is made solely by the relevant government authority, immigration department, embassy, consulate, or other competent authority. Previous successful applications, approvals, or results do not guarantee a similar outcome for any future application.

Client Responsibility

The client is responsible for providing accurate and complete information. The client must immediately inform A&N Migration of any change in their personal, financial, educational, employment, marital, or immigration circumstances that may affect their application.

• Any additional documents requested during the application process

Accuracy and Authenticity of Documents

All documents and information submitted by the client must be genuine and accurate. A&N Migration does not encourage, prepare, or knowingly submit false, forged, misleading, or fraudulent documents. If any information or document provided by a client is found to be false, misleading, incomplete, or fraudulent, A&N Migration reserves the right to discontinue the service. The client remains responsible for the authenticity of documents supplied by them.

Application Submission

Our services may include assistance with preparing and submitting a visa or permit application. Submission of an application does not mean that the application will be approved. Once an application has been submitted, processing times, requests for additional documents, interviews, biometrics, medical examinations, background checks, or other requirements are determined by the relevant government authority.

Processing Times

Visa and immigration processing times are controlled by the relevant government authority and may change without prior notice. A&N Migration does not guarantee a specific processing time or decision date. Delays caused by government departments, embassies, consulates, educational institutions, financial institutions, courier services, technical issues, security checks, or other third parties are outside our control.

Government Decisions

A&N Migration has no authority to influence, control, or guarantee the decision of any embassy, immigration department, government authority, or visa officer. Any approval, refusal, request for additional documents, interview request, procedural update, or other decision is made by the relevant authority.

Client Communication

Clients are expected to provide correct contact details and remain available for communication throughout the application process. The client should promptly respond to requests for documents, information, signatures, confirmations, or other requirements. Failure to provide required information or documents within the required time may affect the application and may result in delays or other consequences.

Fees and Payments

Professional service fees, application-related charges, and other applicable costs will be communicated to the client before the relevant service is provided. Government application fees, biometric fees, medical examination fees, translation charges, courier charges, educational institution fees, insurance fees, and other third-party charges may be separate from A&N Migration's professional service fees unless specifically stated otherwise. Government fees and third-party charges may be non-refundable, subject to the applicable rules of the relevant authority or service provider.

Refunds

Any refund of professional service fees will be subject to the terms agreed with the client at the time of engagement. Visa refusal does not automatically mean that professional service fees are refundable, as the services provided by A&N Migration relate to application assistance, documentation support, and submission, rather than guaranteeing a visa outcome.

Visa Refusal

If an application is refused, A&N Migration may assist the client in understanding the refusal reasons and, where appropriate, discuss possible options for a future application. A new application, reconsideration, appeal, or other service may involve additional professional fees and government charges. No future application or reapplication is guaranteed to be successful.

Third-Party Services

A&N Migration may work with or refer clients to third-party service providers where required, including educational institutions, translators, insurance providers, medical service providers, courier services, financial service providers, or other relevant organisations. A&N Migration is not responsible for the independent actions, delays, decisions, fees, or services of third parties.

Changes to Immigration Rules

Immigration laws, visa requirements, application procedures, financial requirements, processing times, eligibility criteria, and government policies may change at any time. A&N Migration will provide guidance based on the information and requirements reasonably available at the time of providing the service. Changes introduced by government authorities after an application has been prepared or submitted may affect the application.

Privacy and Confidentiality

A&N Migration respects the privacy of its clients and handles personal information for legitimate business and application-related purposes. Client information may be shared with relevant government authorities, educational institutions, service providers, or other parties where necessary for processing the client's application or where legally required. No Legal or Government Authority

A&N Migration is an independent visa consultancy/service provider and is not a government department, embassy, consulate, or immigration authority. The use of our services does not create any assurance or entitlement to a visa, permit, admission, or immigration status.

Website Information

Although we make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate and updated, A&N Migration does not guarantee that all website information will always be complete, current, or applicable to every individual case. Client Acknowledgement

By engaging A&N Migration, the client acknowledges and agrees to the following:

• Visa approval is not guaranteed.
• The final decision is made by the relevant government authority.
• The client is responsible for providing genuine and accurate information and documents.
• A&N Migration's services are primarily for application assistance, documentation guidance, preparation, and submission support.
• Government fees and other third-party charges may be separate from professional service fees.
• Processing times and immigration requirements may change.
• The client has read and understood these Terms & Conditions.

Amendments to These Terms

A&N Migration reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated Terms & Conditions will be published on this website and will become effective from the date of publication.
